Preventing people problems: “Employment Tribunals”


Q: I have read that employees have to work for two years before they can take their employer to tribunal, so can I safely dismiss one of mine now?

A: That is correct but, many claims – for example sex discrimination claims – can still be lodged from day one. So before doing anything please take advice. -via HRDept exeter
